Breeding
Policies
Grendal's Lair has one goal - to preserve and
improve the original CAFIB type Fila Brasileiro. All Grendal's Lair dogs
and puppies are bred for rugged, sound, correct conformation and
temperament. Grendal's Lair will never bow to the dictates of commerce,
fashion or convenience in planning litters. Only dogs with something
positive to add to the gene pool are bred. And yes, all breeding stock
are x-rayed for hip and elbow dysplasia. Buyers are screened extremely
carefully - Grendal's Lair puppies are bred to be the future of the Fila
Brasileiro breed - they do not go to just anyone with a checkbook. Yes,
these policies have created some resentment among a few other breeders
and buyers.
Application Form
Grendal's Lair does
not sell pups to just anyone, any time. Each prospective buyer is
required to submit an application which will be reviewed for suitability.
Privacy
Your personal
information is never shared with any other party, ever. Financial
information submitted to pay for puppies is protected by the military
strength encryption systems utilized by our payment processor (Paypal).
We neither see or keep any credit card information.
